Bodywork that works with your body. Not against it.

Every service at Be Spoiled Body Works is rooted in one belief: your body isn't broken. It's responding. And with the right support, it can respond differently.

Most approaches to women's health focus on symptoms. What's hurting, what's off, what needs to be managed or suppressed. Patty's approach starts somewhere different. She looks at what the body is communicating, what's restricted, what's misaligned, what's been overlooked, and she works to restore the conditions the body needs to function the way it was designed to.

Every service here is non-invasive, intentional, and tailored to you. Whether you're navigating fertility challenges, chronic pain, digestive issues, or just a body that hasn't felt quite right in a while, there's a path forward. And it starts with understanding what your body is actually asking for.

Holistic Abdominal Therapy

Service 01

Holistic Abdominal Therapy

Gentle, external bodywork that supports organ alignment, improves circulation, and restores balance in the abdomen and pelvis. Patty integrates Maya Abdominal Therapy, Chi Nei Tsang, and Visceral Manipulation techniques into every session, working with the body's natural systems to relieve congestion, reduce restriction, and support optimal function.

This therapy is especially beneficial for women navigating fertility challenges, painful or irregular cycles, digestive issues, pelvic tension, bladder concerns, and hormonal imbalance. It's also deeply supportive during pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

Your first session is approximately 2 hours and includes a full consultation so Patty can understand your history, your concerns, and your goals before any treatment begins.

This might be right for you if you're experiencing:

  • Difficulty conceiving with no clear cause
  • Painful, irregular, or heavy periods
  • Digestive issues or bloating
  • Pelvic tension or discomfort
  • Bladder concerns
  • A general sense that something is off, even when tests say otherwise
After struggling with painful cycles for years, I finally found relief. This work has made such a difference in my monthly symptoms.

Neuromuscular Therapy

Service 02

Neuromuscular Therapy

Targeted, corrective bodywork that addresses the root cause of chronic pain, tension, and movement dysfunction. Neuromuscular Therapy focuses on the joints as the foundation of all patterns in the body, working to restore proper alignment and function rather than simply managing symptoms.

This isn't a relaxation massage. It's precise, results-driven work designed to create lasting change in how your body moves and feels. Many clients notice significant improvements in joint integrity, pain levels, and overall mobility after just a few sessions.

This might be right for you if you're experiencing:

  • Chronic neck, back, or shoulder pain
  • Headaches or migraines
  • Sciatica or nerve pain
  • Limited range of motion
  • Sports injuries or repetitive stress conditions
  • Tension that keeps coming back no matter what you try
I came in with chronic neck and back pain, and after a few sessions I noticed real, lasting relief, not just temporary fixes.

Massage

Service 03

Massage

Therapeutic massage that supports relaxation, improves circulation, and promotes whole-body wellness. Massage is a powerful reset on its own and a natural complement to Patty's other services for clients who want a more comprehensive approach to their care.

Please note: massage sessions are offered at a separate private Hanover studio location.

This might be right for you if you're looking for:

  • Stress relief and nervous system support
  • Muscle tension release
  • Improved circulation and overall relaxation
  • A complement to your Holistic Abdominal Therapy or Neuromuscular Therapy sessions
I always leave feeling better than when I came in, more relaxed, more mobile, and more at ease overall.

Not sure which service is right for you?

That's completely okay. Most clients aren't sure when they first reach out, and figuring it out together is part of the process. If you're dealing with fertility challenges, digestive issues, or pelvic health concerns, Holistic Abdominal Therapy is usually the best starting point. If chronic pain, tension, or movement issues are your primary concern, Neuromuscular Therapy is likely the better fit. And if you're not sure yet, just reach out. Patty would rather you ask than stay stuck wondering.

General Questions

What should I expect during my first session?+

Your first session includes a full consultation to understand your concerns, health history, and goals. From there, your treatment is tailored specifically to your body and needs. Sessions are designed to be both therapeutic and restorative.

How many sessions will I need?+

Some clients notice improvements after 1 session, but lasting results often come with a series of treatments. Patty will recommend a plan based on your specific needs and goals.

Are these therapies safe?+

Yes. These therapies are non-invasive and designed to support the body's natural healing processes. Certain conditions may require modifications or postponement of treatment, which will always be discussed prior to your session.

Can I combine services?+

Absolutely. Many clients incorporate massage alongside other therapies as part of a well-rounded wellness plan. Patty can help you figure out what makes the most sense for your body and your goals.

Holistic Abdominal Therapy

What is Holistic Abdominal Therapy?+

This therapy uses gentle, external techniques to support organ alignment, improve circulation, and restore balance within the abdomen and pelvis. It's especially beneficial for digestive health, reproductive wellness, and pelvic support.

Is the treatment painful?+

No. Most clients find it gentle and relaxing. Some areas of tension may feel slightly tender, but pressure is always adjusted to your comfort level.

Can this help with fertility or hormonal balance?+

Yes. By improving circulation, alignment, and reducing congestion in the pelvic area, this therapy can support reproductive health and hormonal balance.

Are there any conditions where I should not receive this therapy?+

Yes. Abdominal therapy is not performed if cancer is present or suspected in the pelvic area, immediately after abdominal surgery, or during certain medical treatments. You'll review all contraindications before your session.

Neuromuscular Therapy

What is Neuromuscular Therapy?+

Neuromuscular Therapy is a targeted, hands-on approach that focuses on trigger points, muscle tension, and joint function to relieve pain and restore proper movement patterns.

What conditions can this help with?+

It can help with chronic pain, headaches, back and neck pain, sciatica, sports injuries, and repetitive stress conditions.

Massage
