About

She listens before she speaks. And she doesn't stop until your body makes sense.

Meet Patty Yantes, the practitioner who believes your body isn't broken. It's just been waiting for the right support.

Patty Yantes

She took the long way here. That's exactly what makes her different.

Patty didn't stumble into this work. She was pulled toward it, slowly and intentionally, over more than two decades of learning how the human body actually works.

It started in western medicine. For years, Patty worked as a medical transcriptionist inside local clinics, building a deep, clinical understanding of the body from the inside out. She learned the language of conventional care, how it thinks, how it's diagnosed, and where it stops. And over time, she started to notice the gap. The women who left appointments with normal results and no next step. The ones who were clearly struggling but had nothing to show for it on paper. The ones who were told to keep waiting.

She couldn't stop thinking about that gap.

Fourteen years ago, Patty stepped out of western medicine and into natural health, founding Living Essentially Sp'Oiled and immersing herself in nutrition, natural products, and whole-body support. Then nine years ago she opened Hanover Wellness Center, where she continued expanding her training and deepening her understanding of root-cause care.

And then she found Holistic Abdominal Therapy.

It was the missing piece she didn't know she'd been looking for. The work that finally connected everything she'd learned about the body into one intentional, restorative approach. She completed her certification, added Neuromuscular Therapy training, and launched Be Spoiled Body Works as a focused, elevated practice built around one core belief.

Your body isn't broken. It's often just unsupported.

I was lucky to have been recommended to Patty for abdominal therapy. She is a wealth of knowledge in her techniques and is very empathetic. She takes her time with me and addresses all my questions. And she is fun and interesting to talk with! I'm glad she is part of my healing journey and look forward to my sessions with her.

Philosophy

The "why" behind the way she works

Maybe you've been told everything looks "normal"...but you know your body doesn't feel normal.

Maybe you've left appointments feeling unheard, confused, or wondering if you're imagining things. Patty has met a lot of women with that story. It's also why she works the way she does.

Her approach is different by design. Instead of managing symptoms, she looks for what's underneath them. Instead of rushing to conclusions, she listens. Instead of forcing outcomes, she restores the conditions the body needs to do what it was already designed to do: align, circulate, regulate, and heal.

She focuses on restoring alignment, improving circulation, and supporting nervous system regulation because those aren't add-ons to health. They're the foundation of it. When the body feels supported, it has the capacity to respond. That's not a theory. That's what she sees every single day in her practice.

She's not here to replace your medical care. She's here to fill the gap it can't always reach.

I started abdominal therapy for digestive issues, but the improvements went far beyond that. I feel more balanced, less bloated, and more connected to my body.

Outside the practice

The person behind the practitioner

When Patty's not working, you'll probably find her outside. She walks, she hikes, she travels whenever she can, and she's always up for trying food she's never had before. She shows up fully for the people in her life and makes memories on purpose. That same quality of presence, the kind that's unhurried and genuinely interested, is exactly what her clients feel on the table.

She has a natural love for meeting new people and a deep commitment to helping others move toward feeling balanced, strong, and supported for the long term. Not just better for today. Better for good.

I didn't realize how much tension I was holding in my abdomen until it was released. I feel lighter, calmer, and more aligned.

If you've been looking for someone who actually takes the time, you found her.

Patty isn't going to rush you, dismiss you, or hand you a "normal" result and send you on your way. She's going to listen, assess, and work with your body to help it function the way it was designed to. That's what this practice was built for.
